How do I cancel my order?Updated 9 months ago

To cancel your order, you must submit a cancellation request within 6 hours of receiving your order confirmation. Please note that after this 6-hour window, or if your order has already been shipped or marked as fulfilled, we are unable to cancel the order.

To start a cancellation request:

  • Contact our Help Desk at [email protected].
  • Include your order number and request to cancel in the email.
  • Our team will assist you in processing the cancellation, provided it falls within the allowed timeframe.

If you need to cancel a subscription order, you can do so by accessing Account > Manage Subscriptions and following the prompts to cancel before the next billing cycle.
