You may cancel your order within 6 hours of receiving the order confirmation for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped and/or marked as fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, even if the cancellation request is made within the 6-hour window.

For subscription orders, you can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle by accessing Account > Manage Subscriptions. Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription. You can also view your next order date to ensure cancellation is done in time.
